“Just as I rely on instinct and flexibility in my creative process, I find that allowing myself to be guided by the moment leads to unexpected and often rewarding results. Embracing uncertainty opens the door to unique expressions and discoveries that might not occur with a strictly planned approach.

The same process for me when approaching my art is the same concept I use when improvising in the musical context.  That is, using my intuition and spontaneity to let it happen.  The initial inspiration and vision is expanded during the painting process as the work takes on a life of its own.”
